Ogden courthouse evacuated

OGDEN — A spokesman for the Utah State Courts confirmed the 2nd district courthouse in Ogden has been evacuated.

Spokesman Geoffrey Fattah alerted area news outlets to the evacuation, saying a bomb threat had been called into the facility.
Ogden police and the Weber County Sheriff’s Office are currently sweeping the building. In a tweet, the Ogden Police Department described the threat as unsubstantiated.
