A Springville woman is accused of forging opioid prescriptions at a health care clinic for almost a year and a half.
It amounted to almost 10,000 Oxycodone pills collected at various pharmacies around Utah County.
The Daily Herald quotes court documents saying Dusty Rogers would log in at Canyon View Medical Center, forge a prescription, print it, stamp it, then delete the online record.
This reportedly happened at least 85 times, with prescriptions filled out for herself, family members and family friends.
It appears the fraud was discovered when a pharmacist suspected the prescription had been forged and called to report it.
