Parenting is hard, there’s no way around it. But the good news is, you don’t have to do it alone. Family Support Centers are here to help! They are located throughout the state of Utah and to help you care for yourself and for your children. Their goals are to support parents, protect children, and preserve families.

The Family Support Center of Ogden includes services like therapy for children, financial education, respite care for children under 12 whose families need extra support during stressful situations, and education classes on stepfamily parenting as well as Strategies for Effective Parenting.

Being a good parent means recognizing and utilizing the services available to you to protect your children. When parents are able to take care of themselves by asking for support, they are better able to care for their children.
