(ASSOCIATED PRESS) — A report examining how the NCAA conducts its championship events is recommending that the association considers holding the men’s and women’s Final Fours in the same location.
The report suggests that holding the final games of March Madness in the same city would grow the women’s game while increasing sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
It also states that the women’s championship will “continue to have a different look and feel” if the Final Fours continue to be held separately.
