Man killed in a Salt Lake industrial accident

SALT LAKE CITY — An industrial accident Monday afternoon claimed the life of a man.
According to Salt Lake City Police, the incident happened at 2300 North 2200 West at 3:04 p.m.
When emergency personnel arrived on scene, they discovered a man who had passed away from his injuries.
Due to the ongoing investigation, details leading up to the accident or the identity of the victim have not been released.
