Child rushed to hospital after fall from two-story window

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — Wednesday afternoon a 2-year-old child fell from a second-story window and was transported by air to Primary Children’s Hospital.
Police said the incident happened at a residential condo in the area of 3860 South Redwood Road. Furthermore, police said the child is in serious condition, however, is now stable. Emergency personnel first received a call from the child’s parents at 3:15 p.m.
A portion of Redwood Road was closed during the incident to allow for a helicopter to land to rush the child to the hospital.
