Duplex fire in West Valley is now out, no injuries

WEST VALLEY, Utah — This morning, a duplex in the area of 2995 S. 3200 W. in West Valley caught fire.
Jed Peters Batt, Chief of West Valley City Fire Department, said no injuries were reported. Furthermore, the department had the fire under control in about 10-15 minutes.
Both sides of the duplex were occupied at the time of the fire, and one side is uninhabitable now.
The affected side had one occupant, and the other side had about five-six occupants.
No firefighters sustained injuries.
