Truck on FrontRunner tracks causes delays in Farmington

FARMINGTON, Utah — The Utah Transit Authority had to put in a bus bridge in place Tuesday morning between Farmington and Woods Cross stations due to a truck on the tracks.
According to UTA Spokesman Carl Arky, the bus bridge was put into place to get passengers around a truck on the FrontRunner tracks at Glover Lane.
Arky said it’ll be a while before they can run the trains through that area again.
“They need to not only remove the vehicle, they’ve also got to check the track and make sure that there’s been no damage and that they can operate safely once the vehicle has been removed.”
As of 10:05 a.m., the bus bridge was canceled
#FrontRunner Update 10:05 AM: The bus bridge has been cancelled. Continue to expect delays of up to 50 minutes delay northbound from Farmington, and southbound from Woods Cross.

But the UTA advised commuters to still expect delays due to the incident.
The trains are still operating from Woods to Provo and Farmington to Ogden.
