SALT LAKE CITY — What’s the best way to prep children for success?
Ian Rowe, an author, senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and co-founder of Vertex Partnership Academies, says society needs to move away from the “victim mentality.”
In an article for American Enterprise Institute, Rowe said “the achievement gap has consistently proved a poor conceptual underpinning for educators seeking to improve student outcomes. We need a better framework.”
