SALT LAKE CITY — The lawyers of the man who lost his lawsuit against Gwyneth Paltrow in the 2016 ski accident say they are considering a possible motion for a new trial.
According to a release, Terry Sanderson’s attorneys said they are considering options after losing a lawsuit against Gwyneth Paltrow involving a ski accident back in 2016. The attorneys say these options will be explored at a later date.
“This includes a possible Motion for a New Trial, an appeal to the Utah Supreme Court, and other legal options,” read the release.
On Thursday, a Utah judge said Terry Sanderson crashed into Paltrow seven years ago.
Sanderson was asking for $300,000 in damages while Paltrow countersued for $1.
“We are grateful for the hard and amazing work by Judge Holmberg. His staff and the bailiffs,” the news release from Sanderson’s attorneys read. “We also thank the jury for its service.”
