LAYTON, Utah — A mother and her two children were hit by a car as they were leaving a daycare at the Layton Christian Academy on Tuesday.
The driver of the vehicle says that they were “blinded by the sun” and were not able to see the pedestrians.
After seeing what had happened, a pastor ran to help as he gathered a group of boys to help lift the car off of the three individuals who were pinned under the car.
All three were transported to the hospital.
