Judge to hear lawsuit against Amendment A

SALT LAKE CITY — A judge will hear the latest lawsuit against one of the amendments on the ballot this November, Amendment A.
KSLTV has reported a scheduling hearing has been set for Wednesday afternoon for the lawsuit over Amendment A.
Amendment A aims to remove the earmark income tax for education.

The hearing will happen Wednesday at 2pm and will be done remotely.
