SALT LAKE CITY — There are a lot of questions people might have about consuming caffeine. Is caffeine good or bad for you? How much caffeine is too much?

Deseret News reports caffeine can be both beneficial and harmful. The effects of caffeine depend on who is consuming it.

Caffeine can be found in many different things including coffee, yerba mate, energy drinks, some sodas and even cocoa beans. Deseret News said most people consume it by drinking it. It is a stimulant, so many people use it to fuel themselves throughout their day-to-day lives.
