Mountain lion spotted in Spanish Fork

SPANISH FORK, Utah — There was a mountain lion sighting in a Spanish Fork neighborhood Thursday morning.
According to the Spanish Fork Police Department, the mountain lion was seen at around 6:30 a.m. A video shows the animal on the porch of a home in 3600 East 1180 South.
“We are working with the Division of Wildlife Resources to locate the mountain lion. Please use caution when out and about and watch your pets and children closely,” read a post from the Spanish Fork Police Department on Facebook.
Officers ask anyone who spots the mountain lion to contact the Spanish Fork Police at 801-804-4700.
