Should Utah do away with the death penalty? Two Republican law makers are saying we understand how some people feel, but in reality the death penalty is harder on the victim's families than life without parole. Every time an issue comes up, an appeal comes up, the case is in the news, they have to relive the pain. And then there is the expense of the appeals.
