Power restored in Roy after early morning outage

ROY, Utah —  Rocky Mountain Power crews worked on an outage in Roy that affected more than 1,500 customers. The power went out at about 6:30 a.m., but was restored by 9 a.m. Workers are investigating what may have caused the outage.
