Neuroworx has been offering hope and making a difference in Utah for over twelve years. It is the only independent facility of its kind in the Intermountain West and one of few in the country providing aggressive, outpatient neurological rehabilitation therapy for individuals experiencing paralysis from spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and stroke. They offer a pediatric therapy program for children with conditions requiring specialized care and equipment.
The effects of abuse and trauma can be devastating and long lasting to those who have been victimized, but children and adults who participate in therapy report a general improvement in overall health and decrease in risky behaviors.
Last summer, Officer Turner started a campaign called “Cops Love Lemonade”. The program encourages youth to call the police department with an invitation to visit their lemonade stands. The program engenders positive feelings between much of our community and our police officers.

They implement positive prevention strategies to reduce violence, substance abuse and crime problems in Utah communities. They accomplish this through mobilization, education, advocacy, and training of all ages and through coordination with neighborhoods, schools, community groups, and law enforcement agencies.
