SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah — A truck crashed into a Walmart in Utah County and only one person was injured. Just before 7 pm on Sunday night, a large pickup crashed into the side of a Walmart in Saratoga Springs.
Corporal Davis with the Saratoga Springs Police Department said the 28-year-old male who owned the truck said his floormat got stuck on the gas pedal. While he was trying to fix it the vehicle took off without him behind the wheel.
The only injury reported at the scene was one juvenile. Davis said they had some minor injuries from the broken glass.
The truck left a large hole in the wall, but the Walmart remains open for business.
