SANDY, Utah — The Sandy Police Department is investigating the sound of an explosion.
Authorities say the sound came from the area of 500 East and 9000 South and it happened during the overnight hours of Friday and Saturday. There were no injuries or damage reported.
Anyone who witnessed the incident are asked to call Sandy police at 801-799-3000.
