UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled; 13-year-old Layton boy found safe

LAYTON, Utah — An Amber Alert has been canceled and a missing 13-year-old from Layton has been found safe
The victim was found with 26-year-old Aaron Zeman at a Nebraska gas station around 1:15 a.m. according to Layton Police.
13 year-old Evan McConney has been found safe and the Amber Alert has been cancelled. Victim and suspect were found in a car at a gas station in Grand Island, Nebraska. Suspect Aaron Zeman is in custody, and we are working to reunite the victim with his family.

Layton Police say the suspect, in this case, has been identified as Aaron Zeman. Authorities also say the suspect also goes by Tadashi Kojima.
Additionally, police say he is driving a white Toyota Avalon with Arizona license plate 22225NP.

Police said this is a non-family abduction.
Police believe the 13-year-old was taken in Layton after he left home Monday night to meet the suspect.
Layton Police also believe they may be headed toward Arizona or Texas.
