Criminal charges related to the disappearance of Dylan Rounds

LUCIN, Utah — On Saturday the Box Elder County Attorney’s Office officially filed criminal charges with the First District Court in Box Elder County in connection with the disappearance of Dylan Rounds.
James Brenner, of Bismarck, was charged with aggravated murder, a first-degree felony, and abuse or desecration of a human body, a third-degree felony, for the murder of Dylan Rounds and disposal of his body.
The last known location of Rounds was near Lucin, Utah, roughly on May 28, 2022. Lucin is a small town on the Utah border with Nevada.
The investigation thus far supports James Brenner being the only suspect in the investigation, said a release from Box Elder Sheriff’s Office.
