Missing Layton woman and her children found safe

LAYTON, Utah — Carbon County Sheriff’s Office Utah announced Thursday that a missing Layton mother and her four children were all located safely
Police began searching for 35-year-old Elisabeth Rebecca Dunlap Tracy on Wednesday after security footage showed her packing up and leaving with her kids at 1:30 a.m.
Police said Tracy was seen on video packing supplies and medicine.
No other details have been released.
