SALT LAKE CITY — Former President Trump’s social media company, Truth Social, was the first to alert the FBI to threats made by a Utah man against President Biden, according to a report from NBC News.

In the report issued Thursday night, NBC reporter Dan Mangan wrote that Mr. Trump’s company notified the FBI in March about a threat posted by Craig Deeleuw Robertson.

Citing a “senior law enforcement official” NBC reported the threat involved killing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Jr., who is involved in litigation against former President Trump involving falsification of business records associated with money paid to Stormy Daniels.

On Wednesday, hours before President Biden was scheduled to visit Utah, the FBI attempted to serve arrest and search warrants at Robertson’s home in Provo. Robertson was killed as the FBI attempted to serve those warrants.

Court documents reveal that on Monday, Robertson posted threats to social media involving a sniper rifle and President Biden.

Then, on Tuesday a post about a sniper taking out “Biden the Marxist” was added to Robertson’s Facebook account.

The NBC report indicates that Robertson’s death is being investigated by a division within the FBI.
