DAVIS COUNTY, Utah — The Utah Department of Transportation announced Friday a series of upcoming road construction projects and closures in conjunction with the West Davis Corridor project.

I-15 (Farmington/Centerville)

  • Northbound I-15 between Parrish Lane (Centerville) and Park Lane (Farmington) will be reduced to two lanes on Friday, Aug. 25 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. This is necessary so crews can replace a barrier.
  • UDOT says multi-lane closures between Parrish Land and Park Lane are scheduled over the next few days.
    • On Saturday, Aug. 26, northbound I-15 will be limited to two lanes, starting at 9 p.m. This is necessary so crews can remove a temporary barrier.
    • On Sunday, Aug. 27, northbound I-15 will be down to two lanes, starting at 9 a.m. UDOT says a paving project is scheduled. However, it says all lanes will be back open by Monday, Aug. 28 at 6 a.m.
    • On Aug. 30-31, the northbound lanes of I-15 between Parrish Land and Park Lane will be down to four lanes between 4 a.m. and midnight. This is to accommodate crews while they pave the exit-only lane.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 9, all lanes of northbound I-15 will close, while crews pave lanes to their final configuration. UDOT says more specific details such as detours and hours will be announced next week.

Legacy Parkway (Farmington/Centerville)

  • Southbound Legacy Parkway is scheduled to be reduced to one lane between Park Lane and Parrish Lane on Tuesday, Aug. 29 and Friday, Sept. 1. The lane reduction will run both days from midnight to 5 a.m. Crews will be pouring the deck on the new bridges over Legacy Parkway.

2000 West (Syracuse)

  • UDOT will close 2000 West between 3000 South and Combe Road between Wednesday, Sept. 6 and Tuesday, Sept. 19 to facilitate the full construction of 2000 West.

700 South (Syracuse)

  • UDOT also says 700 South will be closed between 3300 West and St. Andrews Drive between Tuesday, Sept. 5 and Wednesday, Sept. 27. During this time, underground work will be performed on utilities, curb and gutter and driveway replacements. Traffic will be detoured at 3000 West or 4000 West.
