Woman falls 50 feet from the top of Battle Creek Falls

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah — Utah County Search and Rescue teams have responded to a call at Battle Creek Falls.

Sergeant Spencer Cannon with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office stated that a twenty-year-old woman fell 50 feet from the top of the falls.

Medical teams on-site say the woman has suffered hip and back injuries
