One in critical condition after auto-bicycle crash in Kaysville

KAYSVILLE, Utah — One person is in critical condition after a crash between a vehicle and bicyclist near 1200 South Main St. in Kaysville.
According to a release from the Kaysville Fire Department, the crash occurred around 5:25 p.m. on Friday.
The adult bicyclist was found unresponsive on the road. According to the release, crews performed life-saving measures and requested a medical helicopter to the scene.
The bicyclist was transported in critical condition to a trauma center by the University of Utah AirMed.
According to the release, the driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the Kaysville Police Department.
