SLCPD identify two killed in workplace shooting

SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Police Department has identified two men who were killed in a workplace shooting on Sunday.
A victim was identified as 61-year-old Hay Ly. SLCPD said that detectives believe that Ly was a coworker of the shooter.
Another man was identified as 56-year-old Miller Bin. He was found dead outside of the building. It is believed that he was the shooter and died by suicide, per SLCPD.
According to the police department, the investigation began at 2:33 p.m. on Sunday, when 911 was called. Both the victim and shooter were deceased when police arrived at the scene.
Investigators recovered a gun outside of the building.
Per the SLCPD report, this is the third homicide in Salt Lake City this year.
