Evacuations lifted near Virgin in ‘Kolob Fire,’ structures still threatened.

VIRGIN, Washington County — A new human-caused wildfire northeast of Virgin is threatening structures in the area Saturday afternoon.
According to Utah Fire Info, the Kolob Fire is forcing fire crews to close Kolob Terrace Road and issue evacuation orders from the road to state Route 9. The evacuation order was lifted Sunday morning.
Utah Fire Info said multiple crews, including ground and air resources, are responding.

Sunday morning status
As of 11 a.m. Sunday morning, the fire has spread to around 600 acres. There are around 30 to 50 structures threatened, Utah Fire Info said. A road closure is in place for the Dalton Wash area.
