Group asks Utah court to remove Constitutional Amendment D from ballot

SALT LAKE CITY — Several plaintiffs in a redistricting lawsuit have asked a Utah court to stop the constitutional amendment discussing citizen initiatives from appearing on the November ballot.
The group, Campaign Legal Center, requested an injunction against the amendment. CLC said the amendment’s language is misleading and unconstitutional.
