Man identified after fatal collision with train in Cache County

CACHE COUNTY, Utah — The Cache County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal accident between a driver and a Union Pacific Railroad train.
Jacob Pratt, age 40, was fatally struck by a train on Wednesday, September 18. Pratt lived in Logan, Utah, and was a father of three.
Friends and family started a GoFundMe to help Pratt’s family following his death. It can be accessed here.
