SALT LAKE CITY — You can expect another storm headed our way this weekend.
KSL meteorologist Matt Johnson said that this storm is almost an identical set-up to the last two storms we’ve seen. The storm is coming from the north and is expected to move south.
Rain will begin around late Saturday afternoon and go through Sunday.
But most of the rain is expected to arrive Saturday night into early Sunday morning and decrease throughout Sunday.
Johnson also reported that snow is expected to start a bit lower with this weekend storm, dropping from 7,000 feet to around 5,000 feet by Sunday morning.
The next storm is predicted to be on Election Day Tuesday next week. But, Johnson said it looks fairly small at the moment.
