“Mr. Warner has a way of inspiring and uplifting the lives of the kids he teaches. Two of our children have gone through his 6th grade class and both of them have developed more confidence, knowledge and kindness after having him as an instructor. Mr. Warner approaches teaching with a hands on approach. He incorporates activities that associate with the topic he’s teaching. This keeps young minds engaged and allows them to easily remember the subject they learn. Our oldest son, who had Mr. Warner two years ago, will always converse with his younger sister (who currently has Mr. Warner) about what they’re doing in class. They love to talk about the activities and lessons together. I know that Mr. Warner has made a unique impression on both of my children just by how they talk and laugh about the classroom memories they’ve made. Most importantly, Mr. Warner has kept in contact with our son (who is finishing the 8th grade) the last several years. He checks in on him and asks him how he’s doing. Helps navigate and answers his questions about Junior High. He’s assisted him with math assignments. He’s become a mentor and role model for our son which has helped shape him into a better human being. Mr. Warner’s influence goes beyond the classroom. I’ve spoken with many parents who have expressed this same sentiment. He’s a force for good, brings out the best in everyone and accepts them for who they are. The historian Henry Adams said it best, “a teacher affects eternity: he can never tell where his influence stops.” Thank you Mr. Warner for always instilling confidence and inspiring young minds. We’re blessed to know you and fortunate enough to call you our friend.”
