Man stabbed at Ogden homeless shelter, suspect in custody

OGDEN, Utah — The Ogden City Police Department said officers responded to a stabbing that was reported at the Lantern House Homeless Shelter on Thursday.

 

After an investigation, Ogden police confirmed that a 31-year-old man had stabbed a 58-year-old man at the shelter, several times. 

The stabbing victim was given medical care and taken to a hospital where he was in stable condition.

Police said the suspect is in custody, and that their investigation continues.
