Parker Kingston granted bail, must wear ankle monitor

BYU football wide receiver Parker Kingston appeared in court on Friday, February 13, for the first time since being arrested and charged with first-degree felony rape earlier this week.
Kingston appeared via WebEx from the Washington County Jail.

Kingston was seen wearing a gray-colored jumpsuit in the online courtroom.
The judge outlined the charges Kingston faced and stated that the allegations and charges date back to conduct involving an alleged victim on February 23, 2025.
The position on bail from the alleged victim and the county attorney’s office was a cash-for-bond bail with certain conditions.
Bail was offered to Kingston with conditions
The cash-for-bond bail was $100,000, which can be satisfied with $10,000 in cash.
Among the conditions set for Kingston’s bail are no contact with the alleged victim and no contact with any third party or potential witnesses. A GPS ankle monitor was also agreed upon to ensure no appearances in Washington County, unless appearing in court.
