Man in critical condition after E-bike cash in Magna

SALT LAKE CITY — On Friday, a man on an E-bike lost control and crashed in Magna.

Sgt Aymee Race said it happened near Blazing Oak Drive and Encinata Way at approximately 8:30 p.m.

The man was not wearing a helmet and no other vehicles were involved. The man was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Police are reminding people that as the warm weather continues, please be safe and wear the proper gear when riding, including helmets.
