SALT LAKE CITY — The Ice Cream Festival will raise money for the Utah Food Bank at this year’s state fair.
The Ice Cream Festival will be Monday, Sept. 12 at the Market Building. The festival starts at 3 p.m. and goes until 7 p.m. or until the ice cream runs out.
According to the Utah State Fair’s website, the Ice Cream Festival has been a tradition since 1998.
Local vendors like Aggie Ice Cream and the BYU Creamery will participate this year.
Fairgoers can get all-you-can-eat ice cream for $3 at the festival. A Creamie eating contest and dairy trivia will also be featured this year.
