FLOWELL, Millard County — Authorities found the bodies of three people, including a young child, inside a home on Thursday evening.
The Millard County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to a report of the deaths at approximately 8:30 p.m. The home is located at approximately 2430 N. 3900 West in Flowell, which is located a few miles west of Fillmore.
Officials said they did not believe there was any threat to the public.
The scene was still being investigated on Friday, and crime scene tape surrounded the house. A sheriff’s vehicle stood parked at the front of the driveway. The home is located in a remote area with no homes immediately nearby.
An official told KSL TV this case has weighed heavily on first responders who worked through the night after discovering the bodies.
No information was released regarding the identities of the individuals. The Millard County Sheriff’s Office declined a request for an interview Friday.
