MILLCREEK — A man accused of holding a Millcreek family hostage is facing 20 charges.
Charging documents revealed the man is facing counts related to aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, sexual extortion of an adult, voyeurism, child abuse, assault and animal cruelty. Some of them are misdemeanors while others are felonies.
The documents said 23-year-old Dominic Garcia was being held in jail on a no-bail warrant.
