TOOELE — One person was killed and another was taken to the hospital Saturday after an alleged DUI car accident in Tooele.

When an officer arrived on scene at Main Street and 2400 North they found Bryce Fivas. Fivas told officers he thought he may have hit someone while going north.

There was a deceased person in the road and another person had to be taken to the hospital. It currently isn’t known the severity of injuries the second person had.

Fivas vechical was found on the south side of the road on fire.

Fivas failed standard sobriety tests and was taken to the Tooele County Jail.
