Remains of man missing since 2022 found in San Juan County

SALT LAKE CITY — The remains of a man missing for several years were found in San Juan County last week.

In a press release, San Juan County said human skeletal remains were found within the county on Thursday, Sept. 11. Through dental records, the Utah Medical Examiner’s office was able to determine the remains belonged to Jamey Eugene Holyoak.

Holyoak was reported missing on April 28, 2022.
