SJPD looking for alleged driver involved in hit-and-run

SOUTH JORDAN — The South Jordan Police Department is looking for an alleged driver involved in a hit-and-run Friday morning.
According to the SJPD, the incident occurred near the area of 10830 S. Topview Rd
Sgt. Eric Anderson with the SJPD said a call came in about a reckless driver, making sharp turns and driving erratically.
Police said the caller followed the vehicle into a neighbor before it plowed into the back of a parked truck.
The caller followed the vehicle after but lost them on northbound Bangerter Hwy.
In a Facebook post from the SJPD, the vehicle is described as a silver Dodge RAM 2500.
The SJPD said there was a possibility that the driver was under the influence.
