Possible clothing thief at Brigham Young University

PROVO, Utah — A male individual was reported entering or remaining unlawfully in a female resident hall of Helaman Halls at Brigham Young University.
Police received the report on March 17 around 9:13 a.m. of the suspect possibly stealing several articles of women’s clothing.
The suspect is described as the following by the BYU Police Department:
- A male of dark complexion, possibly Latino or Native American
- Approximately 40 years of age
- Medium to stocky build
- Approximately 5’10”
- Unshaven, wearing a light brown baseball hat, Levis, and a dark brown hoodie
Additionally, the police department encourages students to travel in pairs.
