Serial hit-and-run suspect facing three new charges

SALT LAKE CITY — A man accused of multiple, targeted hit-and-run crashes now faces three new charges.
The charges filed Thursday by Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill involve two crashes and three victims.
One of those three is the story you heard first from KSL NewsRadio. It involved a hit-and-run crash into a woman on T street in the Avenues caught on a doorbell camera video obtained by KSL.
When we first reported it police had not yet confirmed a connection to the suspect Ahn Pham.
The DA said Ahn Pham faces a total of nine counts of attempted murder now, plus multiple felony and misdemeanor charges of failure to stop.
