Suspect dead following OICI in Riverdale, Utah

RIVERDALE, Utah — One man is dead following an officer involved critical incident at a Sinclair Gas Station in Riverdale.
According to Lt. Michael Rounkles with the Ogden Police Department, an adult male suspect is dead after a shooting involving police officers. Rounkles said officers were following the suspect which led them to a Sinclair Gas Station on Riverdale Road.
Police have not released extensive details on the OICI, but Rounkles has confirmed no officers were harmed. Additionally, he said there is no danger to the public at this time.
