PLEASANT GROVE, Utah — A three-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Pleasant Grove sent two people to the hospital.
According to Sgt. Cory Fenton, of the Pleasant Grove Police Department, one vehicle exited the northbound I-15 offramp at exit 275. Fenton says police believe the vehicle ran a red light and collided with a second vehicle. That vehicle was traveling eastbound on Pleasant Grove Blvd.
Fenton says the crash occurred right in the middle of the intersection.
The second vehicle spun and struck a third vehicle. Fenton says the drivers of the first two vehicles were transported to an area hospital. One of the drivers was listed in Charlie condition, while the second driver was transported out of abundance of caution.
Both offramps to I-15 were closed for about a half hour as police investigated the Pleasant Grove crash, according to Fenton.
