What’s the “perfect” amount of sleep to get for your age?

SALT LAKE CITY — Finding the right amount of sleep you should get isn’t always straightforward, and can vary widely by age.
Experts from the Sleep Foundation said 7 hours is usually “just enough.” Depending on age though, a healthy amount of sleep can range between 7 and 16 hours.
Dave and Dujanovic find out what amount of sleep is recommended for certain groups and why sleeping enough matters.
