“For many years, Mrs. Pirouznia has been an exceptional first-grade teacher, consistently nurturing young learners with skill, dedication, and genuine care. Her classroom has always been a place of warmth, structure, and encouragement—setting a strong foundation for her students’ academic and personal growth.
This year, when asked to transition to teaching second grade, Mrs. Piruznia embraced the challenge without hesitation. Despite the shift in curriculum and expectations, she has handled the change with extraordinary grace, adaptability, and a continued passion for teaching. Managing a classroom of 29 students, she has shown unwavering patience, compassion, and commitment—ensuring every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Mrs. Piruznia’s ability to meet her students where they are, while helping them grow beyond where they thought they could go, is a testament to her talent and heart as an educator. Her impact on her students, their families, and the school community is immeasurable.”
