“She is a great science teacher who willingly accepts assignments to teach a variety of science topics to different grade levels. She explores new and innovative ways to make her coursework more hands-on and student centered. She has been collaborating with other science teachers across Utah to develop innovative approaches to teaching science. She is also pursuing a Master’s Degree in Chemistry to further expand her areas of expertise and to be able to help students gain both a broad and a deep understanding of science.
Working with students that have a wide range of preparation and experience, she creates individualized learning plans for those who need some extra help. With several years of experience teaching internationally, she is also able to adjust to the needs of students with diverse backgrounds.”
