“Ms. Dzaja is an outstanding educator whose work has an immediate and meaningful impact on students. In her first year of teaching kindergarten, she has created a classroom where all students feel safe, supported, and capable of success. She intentionally builds strong relationships with each of her 27 students, ensuring they are known, valued, and challenged to grow academically and socially.
Ms. Dzaja consistently goes above and beyond to meet students’ needs by adapting instruction, seeking feedback, and implementing new strategies to better support learning. She collaborates closely with her team to strengthen outcomes for students, and she uses what she learns to refine her practice in ways that directly benefit children. Her classroom is led by a trusted, caring adult who holds high expectations while nurturing confidence and curiosity in young learners.”
