“Mr. Saenz works with students on the autism spectrum. He supports students with extreme anxiety, behavioral struggles, and so much more. He goes above and beyond in communicating with parents about how things are going. For those students with social anxiety, he takes the time to speak with them one-on-one and to make sure they know they have a friend in him. He teaches respect, kindness, and acceptance, not just in what he says, but in how he acts. He’s an expert at creating a safe space where students can express themselves.”
